Find Your Flow: A Soulful 30-Minute Yoga Playlist



Hey fellow yogis!


Sometimes, you only need gentle movement and soul-stirring music to reset your mind and body. I recently curated a 30-minute yoga playlist perfect for a calming flow, and I wanted to share it with you all.


This playlist is perfect for my favorite type of yoga of late - restorative. I have been so achey with lower back pain, I just haven't been feeling my best, and so I've been gravitating to a more restorative practice, which has been wonderful. I find that if I do a little restorative yoga instead of a more difficult workout, I end up being more active throughout my day. This playlist is just the right vibe.
